Shipping policy

Thanks for being here. Here’s how shipping works at Bubloo — simple, clear, and straight to the point.


1. Processing Time

Every order is processed within 2–5 business days.
Most orders are sent out sooner, but during high-volume periods it may take the full processing window.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.


2. Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after processing.

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days after processing.
Shipping time depends on your country’s postal system and customs clearance.

Note: These are estimates — carriers and customs may cause delays that are outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the products in your order.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the U.S., your country may charge customs fees, VAT, or import taxes.

These charges:

  • Are not included in our product prices or shipping fees

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

  • Are non-refundable

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Some international carriers may have slow or limited tracking once the package leaves the U.S.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows “delivered” but you can’t find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local mailroom.

  2. Contact your local post office/carrier — they often have additional info.

  3. Email us at shopbubloo@gmail.com and we’ll help you look into it.

We’re not responsible for packages that a carrier marks as delivered, but we’ll always do our best to assist you.


7. Wrong Address

If the shipping address provided at checkout is incorrect and the order ships out, we are unable to issue a refund until the package is returned to us.
If it’s returned, we can resend it to the correct address (additional shipping cost may apply).


8. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in more than one package depending on the products you purchased.
If that happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
