Refund policy
We want you to be happy with anything you pick up from Bubloo. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
For U.S. orders, you can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
For orders shipped outside the U.S., we currently accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product/size, due to high international shipping and customs costs.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

All tags and labels must still be attached

Item must be in its original packaging

You must provide the order number and proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or smells (cologne, smoke, etc.).
3. Items that can’t be returned
The following are non-returnable:

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such at checkout)

Gift cards
-
Any item returned in a worn, washed, or damaged condition (unless it arrived that way)
4. How to start a return
To start a return, email us at shopbubloo@gmail.com with:

Your full name
-
Order number
-
The item(s) you’d like to return
-
A brief reason for the return
-
Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return is approved, we’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send anything back before you get return approval.
5. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind, fit, or size issues (U.S. orders), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items that are our fault or the supplier’s fault, we cover the replacement or refund and may provide a prepaid label where possible.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t refund items that never arrive back to us.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
7. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or design, the fastest way is to:

Return the original item (if eligible), and
-
Place a new order for the item you want.
8. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopbubloo@gmail.com with photos.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
9. Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

Check with neighbors/household members and your local post office/carrier.

If you still can’t locate it, email us at shopbubloo@gmail.com with your order number and tracking info.
We’ll do our best to help, but we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
