Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and delays are in their hands.
We ship worldwide, but:

  • International customers may face customs fees or taxes

  • These charges aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be found, please reach out and we’ll help investigate.
